Who are we?

Van Goubergen P&M with headquarters in Belgium, is an international training and consulting company. Since 1993 we deliver basic and advanced training, consulting as well as coaching of implementation of Productivity Improvement, Kaizen and Operational Excellence. We are active in Manufacturing, Office/Service and Healthcare environments.

We provide specialized Software Tools.

Our core competences are in Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, Performance Measurement and Organizational Transformation.

We work based on an overall Business Model that defines an integral approach for performance improvement, not stand alone initiatives. Learning and applying productivity improvement techniques or implementing Lean is never a goal in itself, it is the means to an end: improving the competitiveness of your organization. We can help to link your improvement initiatives to your mission/vision and strategy.

On this website you can find an overview of all Consulting & Coaching and Training services we can provide. Some trainings will be organized as open trainings on a regular basis, but all trainings can also be conducted, on request, in an in-house format, even customized according to your needs or extended with in-house case studies. 

In fact, we are currently the preferred training partner for some of our clients for all in-house trainings related to Lean and Industrial Engineering and run several in-house international Lean Training and Certification programs.
