Lean is a business strategy for organizing and improving your operational activities in order to achieve your organization's objectives in a more effective way and to become more competitive. We strive for perfection by improving the flow of value throughout processes and departments and by mobilizing all employees, every single day again, to continuously improve processes and reduce waste (non value added activities).
This eight day training and certification program is developed specifically towards people in Manufacturing. Participants acquire the necessary basic knowledge of Lean and can apply basic Lean tools in order to be part of an improvement team or even lead/coach improvement events.
What can I do with this training?
You will have a deep understanding of the basic principles of Lean, as well as the different basic tools and techniques for implementing Lean in a manufacturing environment. You are able to participate or lead Kaizen/process improvement initiatives and events as part of the improvement of your company's value streams.

Manufacturing Managers, Team leaders and Supervisors, Engineers, People in Manufacturing who want to acquire the necessary basic knowledge of Lean and want to apply basic Lean tools in order to be part or lead/coach of an improvement team.

Certification
The Green Belt certificate can be obtained after passing a theory test and a practical exam, based on a written report of at least one practical point improvement/Kaizen event with demonstrated results by applying one or more Lean basic tools, learned in this training. The implementation must preferably have gone through at least one PDCA iteration.
