Lean has proven to be a very effective strategy for organising and improving activities, also in Healthcare. The principles on which Lean is based are truly universal and hence also applicable in care environments. This one day class covers the basics of Lean and how Lean can be applied in a healthcare environment.
Our trainer, who is a certified Black Belt in Lean and has been working and teaching for years in a healthcare environment will share his insights, illustrated with many examples. Besides the Lean principles, some basic tools will be discussed. Participants will get a deeper understanding through a healthcare simulation game.
